This plan outlines long‑term goals, priorities, and strategies for strengthening recreational opportunities, expanding access to outdoor spaces, and supporting the health and wellbeing of residents across Putnam County.
Community input is an important part of this process. Monterey residents—and anyone with an interest in local parks and recreation—are invited to review the plan and submit comments, suggestions, or questions.
